muffin ooo muffin!

Over the weekend, did some spring clean on the kc and found few packets of muffin mix, almost reaching its expiry date! huhu despite being sooo lazy, i managed to force myself to do some baking, plus all the ingredients are already there, so just tossed them into mixer and voila...the batter is ready!

So here goes the vanilla muffin, with a mixture of blueberry filling and topped with some chocolate/strawberry chips :)

Yep it's been a long time already since my last post, again i'll resort to the old lame excuse - im busy with assignment, paper, test, exam and the likes. But this time it's a bit special since the request came from hubby's part time student, so i'd rather choose not to disappoint her, as well as hubby :)
